He was very nice and explained everything very well. Overall the pickup and drop off went very smooth. Would definitely recommend this location and use it again in the future.

MD AYoung lady at service counter was very nice. She did not know how to hook up trailer. Other locations have made a big deal about hooking it up correctly. Felt like if I didn’t hook it up correctly the fault would be on me. Just didn’t match previous U-Haul experiences.
