Your web site has a problem. Even after I typed in the pick up point and was waiting there to take possession of the trailer. We could not “edit” the pickup point on the web site. The local Deming representative could not change it either. We had to cancel the reservation, then make another one. We had even spent over 45 minutes on the phone waiting and talking to multiple people who all thought that the “reservations center” could fix it. It was amazing how they danced around that finally were forced to say they couldn’t change it. Ridiculous! The trailer was great and other that being forced to buy insurance as the only way to continue through the reserving process is to choose insurance, albeit only 25$, It does not engender good will to pull stunts like that and since it took over 2.5 hours to get this done on a Friday night, the only good thing was that the local representative at DEming Mattress was very gracious about the time it took. U haul, you should be embarrassed.
