This location was ok. It was on the main highway close to us. The email and app instructions for drop off seemed inconsistent and buggy though. There were instructions in one platform to scan a bar code to continue--I think this was email. I looked through these before arriving at the location but when I arrived at the location, the barcode scan option was not available so I had to muddle through the process a different way--through the app. Not a big deal but the original instructions seemed more informative and structured. This resulted in us dropping the keys in the box before we took photos of the odometer and fuel gauge. We were there 10 minutes before the pick up time as well but with all the confusion with the return process and trying to reach a rep by phone only to be advised I was 21st in line, I decided to try the chat feature. By the time I was able to chat with a rep 10 minutes after the drop off deadline after two unsuccessful attempts, she informed me she'd request a waiver of the late drop off fee of $20. While I'm appreciative of the offer, I wasn't late. Nevertheless, all seems to have gone well with the charges. She advised the pick up agent would confirm the fuel and odometer readings were in line and I should be good to go. I was charged the quoted rate about a week ago and haven't been charged anything additional so I'm assuming all was good. This location is not what I would consider clean and inviting as it is a pawn shop with fenced in guard dogs to secure the perimeter. That doesn't bother me, but if someone is looking specifically for "clean and inviting" this would not be the location for you. The truck was dropped off outside of the pawn shop's business hours so I was not in touch with any personnel on premise.

I returned it on Saturday. He was the only one there and I parked it the best place I could on the side of the building. Hopefully the truck is checked in now.

David HThere were too many trailers and trucks at this location. Probably the smallest location I have ever dropped off at. There was a truck parked right as you pulled in blocking the way. Another trailer was in the way, but probably placed there because the truck that was blocking the way. I have driven trailers for many years but it took me over 30 min to maneuver around to drop off the trailer. This location rarely manned and not very well maintained.

Bobby SI had an appointment for 8:30. I showed up and she said she didn’t have a truck. Told me to call the hotline and left it at that. Then I called and the other place was a non-person business. So I had to return to get the equipment from my original order. I showed up at 10:30. Sat in the lobby. The company didn’t have all my equipment I asked for. I didn’t leave until 11. 2 and a half hours later. I had family and friends at my apartment at 9 to help and they had to leave at noon. They waited two hours on me. Because I had a pitiful experience with uhaul and this location. She was not helpful and did not offer assistance the first time I showed up.
