jonathan dI would recommend the pick up location, not the return one. Customer service at the pick up location was excellent, but it was terrible at the return location. Equipment was very good.

Luc DPersonne pour me recevoir à la réception du véhicule. Je devais laisser le véhicule dans la cour sans surveillance; alors j'ai verrouillé la porte et j'ai dû payer 20.00$ pour ça.

Roger BI was suppose to drop the truck in Lac Megantic but had to drive all the way to La Guadeloupe which is an hour drive from Megantic. If I had known that I would have to drive all that distance to drop the truck I would have chosen another truck rental.

David GThe truck was not too difficult to drive even if it was my first time driving it. The storage area of the truck was dirty when I picked it up and there was no strap in the storage area. Other than that everything was good.
HAN RWe booked the truck on March 16th for April 30th pickup in Sherbrooke and this was confirmed. On April 29th, we were informed that they had no trucks available at that location and had to drive 1.5 hours to pickup a truck at another U-Haul location. Meanwhile, other renters were having their trucks delivered from other locations to the Sherbrooke location. We were left scrambling to make arrangements to obtain transportation to get to the new location and your customer service personnel were very rude, unprofessional and were not willing to have the truck delivered to the confirmed location. At the last minute, we were faced with an ultimatum of going well out of our way to get your truck or not be able to move out when the apartment lease ended. We expected better from U-Haul.

martin dII am very desappointed or thé service where I had to bring back the véhicle which was at 65km from our house while there was a drop off at 8km .The reason was that they had no Space in their parking....

Robert BJ'ai réservé des fournitures et Je n'ai pas reçu. J'ai appelé le propriétaire et lui m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas. J'ai reçu la facture et j'ai payé pour ça. Malheureusement, pendant le déménagement a dommage le frigo à cause qu'il n'y avait pas des fournitures pour le protéger. Alors, je vais refuser toujours de recommander cet fournisseur.
