There wasn't anyone there at Dennis Auto Sales when I dropped off the Uhaul. So I said the personnel wasn't helpful.

My only complaint is that the truck was dirty inside when we got it. We cleaned it of course so we wouldn't get charged. Also would have been nice to know upfront that it has a speed sensor that doesn't allow you to go above 75mph I drive at night for a reason and by doing that causes it to use way more gas jus trying to keep it at 70-75mph because in 70mph zone mind you it's impossible to keep that gage in the green I tried while maintaining the speed limit and it stayed in the red. First and last time renting a uhaul will stick to pods

I hated that the return date was on a day they were closed but you couldn’t change it so I was forced to use the app. The location was easy to find and obvious what to do when I got there but would have been nice to speak to a person.

Everything went pretty well unfortunately the location didn't have the U-Haul ready so I had to call in and arrange a different one which was no issue the customer service representative was very effective efficient and she was very pleasant the only issue that I had that kept me from giving you five stars was the fuel level showed more than 3/4 tank and when I drove the truck around the corner it dropped down to about a quarter so I ended up putting about $100 in for 90 miles that's a little bit rough but other than that everything went well thanks for your help it was good

We rented the 10' truck to take our powerchairs to an event. A 9' van was requested, but couldn't be picked up at that location. We tried to use the truck but the climb up into the seats was so high we couldn't get my passenger into it. We ended up returning the truck without going. No fault to UHaul or rental sight. It was just not a good fit for us as handicapped people.

Turned it in early due to change in plan of travel didn't. Should have been refunded for the 6 extra day even the people at uhaul customer support said so they didn't do the paperwork tell the date I was supposed to turn it in so I had yo pay for the day I didn't use..

Uhaul drove super rough shooke the whole time. The center cap in the middle by that dome got super hot it almost burnt me. We had to wait a hour to just try and get the uhaul

They are only open by appointment only and do no cash, so I wasn't able to get my deposit back
