David HFirst my wife was told she only needed a ball hitch to tow my Jeep when I needed a car hauler, then she was given keys to the wrong truck, tried to tell my wife that a 20 ft truck was a 24 ft truck. Then they set our delivery time for the car hauler for a location that was closed and wouldn't be open until after the New Year. When I called the agent, Carol, was rude and argumentative. It was an over all piss poor experience.
brittamy gThe staff was very nice and helpful. Only issue: we had a reservation to pick up the trailer on a Saturday. They weren't open. I was able to call someone that was able to come down and help. She was great! Just wish that we could have avoided having to do that. Seems like an issue with the reservation system.

CARRIE GI didn't meet with anyone at this location but I did speak with someone over the phone. I dropped the U-Haul truck off at night and left the keys in the drop box which made it nice and easy. I really appreciate that. However I was overcharged by $13 and some change because I wasn't given the proper amount or enough mileage and the customer service was decent while I wait for a phone call back regarding this matter so that it can be reversed.

PAUL HWindows were not clean and wiper blades didn't work properly; need to be replaced; fortunately for us it didn't rain. Driver mirror racketed and vibrated when going at 40 mph or more.Because of that and the noise it caused was almost impossible to maintain a conversation. Once again. lucky enough it didn't fell.

Timothy MFirst, I wanted a trailer...they said no trailers anywhere in the area (including several other dealers they said. So, I succumbed to getting a tow dolly. After paying $250.00 for it and hooking it up, found the lights were not working?! They gave me a business card and said I had to call this number and arrange to go get it fixed. What??!! Now it is MY responsibility to get this fixed?? And they wouldn't trade it for the other dolly they had there because "too much paperwork after it's already paid for"...crazy. Anyway, I call this number and drive the dolly (with no turn signals and 1 running light) to the main U-Haul about 3 miles away. Guess what...they have 5 trailers in stock!!! What happened to "no trailers anywhere?? The guy then proceeded to fix the lights on my time, again, instead of just getting me a working unit and sending me on my way. HORRIBLE experience overall and wouldn't recommend.

MERRILL PDenny's is where I will always goto rent a u haul product . they are great.
Neil LInclude a ramp in the uhaul. I though they all included ramps but I was wrong. Maybe have the telephone operator go over what is included and not included on the over the phone reservation for the truck.
