The gentleman running it, i believe his name was Paul, was very pleasant to work with. Was easy to find and get the keys to the truck, Paul helped me with the return of the truck and was kind enough to park it for me. Would recommend anyone to go through him to rent a truck.
Weston CPaul was great to work with, the U-Haul We rented had some issues with tires, they changed it quickly however Paul needs better support for maintenance on his vehicles.
meg cIt would have been helpful to let us know at the beginning of the instructions that the keys to our truck were not in the numbered boxes. We watched the how to video that explains how to retrieve the key from a numbered box. It was a bit confusing that our keys were inside the “box” which was the actual back of the truck.

DWIGHT WThe truck smelled of cigarette smoke, the glass was dirty inside and out which I cleaned so I could see well, the parking lot is tiny and the trucks don’t fit completely within the spaces you’re required to park in.

JORDYN SI don’t really have any say about this location specifically but I think U-Haul has to make Reservations even more Clear as far as whether the reservation is going to be made in person or through the app when booking a truck. My situation was more than anything confusing because when I showed up, it was a mobile pick up. I’m well aware that most people don’t work on Sundays, but it wasn’t communicated CLEARLY that this was going to be mobile. By that I mean, having to check in through the app, pick up the keys at a box and the QR code and all that. There is so much that could happen that goes wrong because I’m relying on technology that can always fail. I’m 26 years old and I believe that although a lot of things are made more simple through technology, there is also a big reliability when speaking of a rental, thousands of dollars of liability. On the other hand, Mr. Paul was very helpful when I spoke to him that morning. If it wasn’t for him calling back that day, I wouldnt have been able to pick up my rental successfully.
Kristbell AI received a call to drop equipment at this location. I would not have agreed had I know what kind of location it was. There was insufficient parking, no one there to check me in. Had to do my own check in, take my own pictures, and leave the key in a drop box. I felt very uncomfortable leaving the equipment at this location. Next time I won't agree to drop it anywhere other than where I had agreed to.
ron mWhen i book a uhaul at a specific facility I want to use that particular facility. Your model of moving reservations around to optimize usage at the expense of the user experience does not inspire repeat business.
