J'ai louer un 10 pieds pour ce samedi, quand je suis arriver le camion étais déjà parti j'ai du canceller mon déménagement pour le samedi et le faire le dimanche. À mon arriver le dimanche il y a eu un problème avec le système j'ai du attendre pendant plus de 35 min je suis arriver vers 13h50 donc à la place de partir à 14h15 j'ai quitter le dépanneur 14h50

Le système a été saturé. Nous sommes partis 60-70 minutes plus tard parce que votre système était lent+++ pour moi et le commis aussi. Le commis a pris initiative de nous laisser le camion pour plus de temps, nous a laissé des accessoires additionnel sans coût additionnel. Lorsque j'ai appelé, il n'avait pas d'option en français et la réponse automatique m'avait dit de rappeler dans le 45 minutes parce que le système était surchargé. Encore une fois, le commis a pris des initiatives pour sauver ma journée.
François EThe gas tank was half empty when picked up the truck so I had to guess the amount of money/gas to put in before returning the truck. The guy at the counter isn't at fault. He told me beforehand and told me to bring it back at the same level of gas I picked it up. He also told me there was no refund on the gas if I guessed wrong at the gas pump. What a joke! Beside the rental prices are crazy. The only reason I got a uhaul is that I had no other option. The pre check-in is worthless. Not only did it asked the same questions twice, wasting my time, but I had to give the same informations at the counter anyway. There's no way I would ever recommend anyone to rent with uhaul.

albert athe guy at the counter was ok, the truck outside was clean (OK) the interior of the trunk was dirty (it had even some leaf) I clean it before return. I got stuck twice cause the truck had no tires at all, this delay me on my journey (unfortunately) , so I was a bit mad on the situation and rush to return on time and didn't put gas as I was supposed. I think this type of situation can be easy can be solve and prevent by doing things right from the begining

Xavier PI was completely misinformed about additional charges for dropping off the truck at different location and was unfairly charged for it. I also received unsupportive, and even rude at times, customer service from main office when I tried calling to follow up!
