the guy at the counter was ok, the truck outside was clean (OK) the interior of the trunk was dirty (it had even some leaf) I clean it before return. I got stuck twice cause the truck had no tires at all, this delay me on my journey (unfortunately) , so I was a bit mad on the situation and rush to return on time and didn't put gas as I was supposed. I think this type of situation can be easy can be solve and prevent by doing things right from the begining

Xavier PI was completely misinformed about additional charges for dropping off the truck at different location and was unfairly charged for it. I also received unsupportive, and even rude at times, customer service from main office when I tried calling to follow up!
