Service attroce et très compliqué. Nous avons attendu plus de 2 heures pour notre camion ce qui a retardé tout notre déménagement. La localisation ne voulais pas nous laisser partir avec le camion puisque le client d’avant avait oublié de rapporter le diable. De plus, la journée avant notre déménagement, la compagnie nous a contacté pour annuler notre location. Cela a causé beaucoup de problèmes, car nous avons dû nous trouver un autre camion moins de 24h avant notre déménagement. Je ne recommanderais jamais cette compagnie. J’ai payé 130$ pour un service que ne valait pas plus de 20$.

Stephane CJ’ai été arnaqué ils m’ont facturé plus qu’il était sensé prélevé et quand j’ai appelé à deux reprise le service à la clientèle sa n’a pas été résolu mais ils m’ont demandé d’attendre que quelqu’un m’appelle pour me restituer le montant prélever en trop et sa fait plus que 4 jours et je n’ai toujours pas reçu d’appel de personne, c’est enmerdant
ahmed eVehicle was not on site . I wasted over an hour due to late return from the previous customer . They should have called and mentioned that the truck was behind schedule and I’d have waited at home till it was actually arrived on site . Otherwise personnel / employees were very friendly
Colin MThe location was filthy, the customer service was rude and unprofessional, including the manager of the location place himself. I asked for the equipment to be verified when I dropped it off, after the agent mentioned possible surcharge if any smoking has been in the vehicle. She didn't want to inspect it. Later on they surcharge me for "smoking". I discussed with the manager and told him about the claim I opened with Uhaul and he told me that he will tell his "uhaul representative" to do whatever he wants basically even charging me more! Eventually, he sent me a poorly written email declining my refund claim. I have no clue if Uhaul will actually gonna take actions against these kind of behaviors. Only in this location this kind of things happened to me so far.
AHMED SI went there on Thursday, I was enable to rent a van, because she don’t know how to do it , and she don’t understand English. Come back on Monday , same issue . She told me to come back later, when the boss will be available. Finally the boss came . Now, they charged me $25 for cleaning. It’s winter by the way.
RONALD FHad to wait over 45 minutes before getting the keys , the workers at the location didn't seem to even know how the system works , there was no truck available at pickup time , finally almost half an hour later a truck finally came but still the workers didn't know how the system worked luckily the shop owner finally arrived and solved the issue. The trunk was super dirty workers had to clean it wich took a long time.They insisted on bringing the truck back to a certain hour , even if I did wait almost 45 minutes because they had another rental at this certain time.
Guillaume GLa personne à qui j’ai retourné le véhicule n’a pas voulu faire les vérifications immédiatement et n’a pas fait le retour correctement, j’ai dû répondre à un courriel pour vous dire où était le véhicule, alors que le retour était planifié et a été respecté. C’est du grand n’importe quoi!
Philippe TLe camion avait plein de sable et boue quand je l'ai reçu j'ai passé un balais et mis des couvertures dans le fond du camion et on me charge 30 $ de nettoyage J'avais un matelas et un meuble d'ordinateur avec quelques boîte a déménagé et vous me charger un nettoyage a moi 235$ pour 4hrs dépanneur de l'esplanade avec vous une photo avant que je prenne possession du camion

JONATHAN MWe asked for 12 protective blanket, we only received 6. The man who gave us the key was suppose to fix the billing and he did not do so. On the billing there is a56$ added for damaged equipment without any explanation. We reserved the truck for pick up at 8, the responsible was not on site and we only received the let at 9 am.
