Not a great choice for after hours, it’s set up for it with a key drop, but the truck barely fit at the street, if i had the trailer they wanted me to bring down i wouldn’t be able to park it there. There was a huge U-haul right down the street 1 mile and i’m not sire why i wasn’t directed there ? In the end it worked out

The A/C was broken and it was 100 degrees outside. I had to park at Walmart down the street and walk over since they don’t allow parking at the rental place. The driver side window was shaking the entire time like it was about to break and it wouldn’t go up all the way so I could just hear wind constantly. There was almost no gas in the car. It was below E when I got it. Terrible experience honestly. Thought I was gonna have a heat stroke or something. I’m not kidding at all.

Upon returning my uhaul, the owner of the store offered to park the uhaul for me, and when I told him I needed to take a picture of the empty truck bed, as soon as I walked behind and he acknowledged I would be behind the uhaul, he reversed the uhaul and hit me with the truck.

I had to tie the mirror with a rope because it was so loose that it was turning outward. The rubber on the door seal was coming off and the uhaul wasn't cleaned after the last use. The guy who worked there was nice but this uhaul wouldn't have passed an inspection if it was given one. I have photos to show everything

I've never rented a vehicle with only 1/4 tank of gas. That was very irritating knowing I had to take it on a decently long drive

Unfortunately this place is horrible. Very hard to find and the hours that they work is very short than the others stores, impossibility to return the vehicle in the same day. Horrible experience!!

The location/shop was good the truck was junk the passenger mirror kept moving because it was loose the truck ran awful . The shifter had to be on 3 for truck to drive the engine made horrible moises( sounded like a diesel) truck would buck. Never again. Either my ex wife or myself use these trucks every so often to move our kids from college to home or back the last 2 times same thing. This time was horrible think we need to rethink our truck rental

After my last experience with Uhual I never thought I would rent from them again, this location has completely turned my opinion around and has brought faith back into my life at such a dark time I really needed a break and these people made it the easiest it’s ever been to rent a U-Haul and they gave me the upmost respect and condolences. This location needs praise!! I am blessed

They charged me for two tolls I didn’t hit a month after I returned the truck. I already submitted something to Uhaul and I guess they ignored it. Never using this location again and prolly gonna use Penske next time to be honest.

This site is a very old, rundown, used car lot. The parking lot is so small, I could not turn around without help. I am surprised you use this as a rental location.

We had a great experience at this location. We ran behind picking up our rental but had no issues at all when we came to pick it up. The owner was extremely friendly and went over everything before we left. We were bringing it back after hours, which also went smoothly. We dropped the keys in the convenient drop box, and I got the confirmation email and final charge the next business day. I would rent from this location again.

Dealer tried to tell us he closed at 6 even though our reservation was for 6:30 and his office hours on the door said he was open until 7. He then couldn’t find our reservation, so didn’t have the truck ready. Break light was out, and tires were in poor condition. We broke down because the truck was bad.

Dont mix U Haul with small businesses and small tire/car dealers. Lack of staff, specially in customer service. I do thank the only mechanic who came up to us and took the keys for drop off, but had to wait till next day for receipt of drop off.

Rental truck was in surprisingly good shape for 140K plus miles. People I dealt with were pleasant. Took a little extra time at the start but the return was quick and easy. I would rent from here again.

Pulled in to return trailer and was told "we dont want this f*** thing!" And told me to wait around back. Owner sent tire tech to unhitch trailer, and apparently they have never un-hitched a trailer before. After about 40 min of the both me and the tire tech figuring out how to unhitch it, my bumper was damaged after the trailer unhitched and came forward hitting both me and the tire tech. Then we had to push the 400 pound trailer off of my car bumper. I am now injured, my bumper is broken, and I am unhappy. My attorney says there is a huge lawsuit waiting. Having a customer unhitch a trailer and attempt to push it into a space is a huge liability. This location is not fit to sell and receive u-hauls.

I did not get a completed receipt showing all charges. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. I chose a drop off location on line and was told I was not able to change it when I picked up vehicle, resulting in me driving 20 miles out of the way to drop off

This location was horrible, the building was not clean and falling apart, the ceiling had a huge hole in it that was leaking water onto the floor which they had only a blanket to try and soak it up. I got to the location and waited a few minutes before they even realized I was waiting, they couldn't find my appointment and then when they finally figured it out the guy who does the truck rentals wasn't even on the property yet, he showed up miniuts later. The truck had not been cleaned in many rental uses, and it was just an all around bad experience. I would never rent a truck from there again, nor would I send anyone to that location... never

The location was crowded with vehicles for sale, stacks of tires, and the u-haul sign was barely visible. The staff was helpful, but that's the only positive thing about this location. There was an "official" uhaul location with storage and trucks less than a block from this location. When renting, you should have to option to de-select off brand locations and only use U-haul brand facilities.
