I never got the guy’s name at the front desk but he was extremely nice, friendly and efficient. I saw reviews from other U-haul locations and they were terrible so I tried this one for the first time. I will highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Giorgi RI paid for a dolly they didn't have the truck had broken glass all over it and the gas was on a quarter of a tank. Which I was charged full price for. I would rather move my things on my back then to use this place again very unprofessional.
Tykiya HHave them clean up their yard. It was filled with glass, shredded car bumpers and hard plastic. Also the equipment was damaged and they said they told you about it…but apparently you didn’t seem to care. Should have been fixed before renting. Owner was okay. The gentleman who placed the uhaul on the hitch was truly lacking.

Norman NOverall experience with uhaul was not positive. The truck at my initial location was not available. I was directed to a different location which resulted in the rental fees being 2x as expensive. I was also not given any notice of the change until an hour before pickup.
Anthony DHe didn’t ask / informed me that do you want insurance coverage ? I just saw that charge in my invoice. A. C. Not working I called and he said no one had informed me that it’s not working. I filled the gas. No one comes to see that.
Shardul BThe Saturday hours begin at 10 am but the text confirmation i received beforehand said 9 am. so we sat there an hour waiting which wasn't great. Not sure who's sending the erroneous text.
