Wasn't able to move in due to them not being open. It was almost 4pm and they don't open on Sundays. Had to speak to customer service to schedule a different location. Great customer service ladies that helped me get everything fixed.

The unit rented was as described but sand had to be cleaned out before storing my items. Units really need to be cleaned by staff before renting.

It’s an affiliate location & it was a mess. The U-Haul itself was super dirty & dinged up. The lady who helped us was rude to me over the phone & hung up on me (because they’re an affiliate and can’t actually answer uhaul questions). Overall, just not a good experience.

I just want to say that I could not have received a better manager than Angelica. She was always very courteous and pleasant to me. There were times, when between jobs some years ago, that Angelica went above and beyond to assist me with waving late fees and truly won me over. Her and her husband were very kind on my last day there, as well, by providing me with bottles of water when I ran out, which was instrumental in making the move, in the sun, definitely more bearable. I will truly miss these decent Human Beings and will definitely recommend (DESERT DIAMOND STORAGE) to anyone inquiring. Thanks for your services.... Ramona Odom; Yuma Az

The amount of dirt that gets inside the unit was uncontrollable. All of my boxes were completely covered in dirt. I was not able to take my boxes directly into my house without dirt going everywhere. I had to unload the boxes from outside my house to keep the dirt down.

Closed sign on the door. We finally knocked in some young woman answered the door said she didn't have our reservation. We finally got it paid for it she just pointed us out to the parking lot and said it's out there just go hook it up. My son had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to hook up the trailer it was pathetic and I'll never go back there.

The management kindly worked with me and made an extra effort to make sure that she had a unit for my things and that we would meet up early for my arrival from out of town with a loaded U-haul trailer. The sign-up process and payment went very smoothly, plus I got a very sturdy padlock to secure the unit door. I have already recommended the facility to others. Thank you.

The staff that waited on us and assisted with the reservation was extremely helpful and accommodating. However, the storage unit was very dirty. We had to sweep it out before we could use it.

My move in date was scheduled for Sunday but the storage facility was closed. I called and lady said that they cant honor the first month free. Wasted my time and will have to pick another place.
