ROGERIO CWe dropped off after hours, so we can't really comment on much. I do want to note that there should be an adjustment of gas required to be in the tank when having to return the truck to a location 45 minutes further away than what was in the original booking. Adding the extra mileage is fine, but gas that extra drive uses a lot of gas. This would be good customer service. Especially considering that your customer has to drive an extra hour and a half (there and back) at the end of a long day of moving! Thank you.

Michael CThe people seemed more annoyed than helpful. I was told to fill the gas back up, 14 gallons, I only drove 80 miles, so either the truck wasn't filled the last time, or the truck is only getting 6 miles a gallon, either way that's a lot of extra money.
Mark CAs usual, I was unable to upload anything using the UHaul app, including my license, and a picture of the dashboard when I dropped off. Thankfully, I kept a picture of the dashboard, because I was charged for not returning the truck with the same amount of gas, even though I did. The return said 1/8 of a tank, when I clearly had returned it with 1/4 tank. I was charged a fee, and for a few gallons of gas. UHaul customer service accepted my picture and refunded the charges. I don't know if Desilets was the one to erroneously report that the truck only had 1/8 of a tank, but if they did, this should be investigated.
Jennifer BThere was no outside lighting so when I returned the truck and key I dropped the key into the repair box rather than the uhaul drop box. As far as renting from uhaul again, the rental process was difficult and confusing. I rented a small truck that I planned to pick up between 9 am and 12 noon; when I didn't arrive at 9 am my reservation was canceled without notice. It wasted 3 1/2 hours of my time and frustration trying to find another uhaul rental anywhere near my needs and location
Linda GObviously a new place that is not an actual U-Haul. They didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. I got charged another $118 with NO explanation as to why. I am less than satisfied with the whole experience & probably will not be returning as a customer.
