Location is hard to find, except for seeing the trucks in the parking lot. The gentleman who helped us was great, and so the customer service was very good. It's just the location is awkward.

Building is empty. There is a U-Haul down the road with a different address. Very confusing, no drop box, no signs. Called customer service was on hold for over an hour to no avail. Waste of my time, I still have truck keys. Need someone to get in touch with
