Way too big of holes where the trucks sit

Sophia WThe employees were pleasant and helpful. It would be nice if the dual axle 6x12 enclosed trailer would have a tongue jack, as it is very heavy to lift it on and off the ball. That is a comment for Uhaul as none of the 6x12 trailers have a tongue jack.

GERALD M6x12 enclosed trailer, left rear tire was flat at the time of pickup. Nobody was too concerned about it! I took it anyway! Filling it twice that day myself!!

Larry MAfter we loaded the Trailer we discovered that the wheel hub was completely broken. Ended up having to go to another Uhaul location to get a trailer thatbwas functional. Had to postpone our departure 1 full day, take additional time off work, hotel room and airfare change fees. Nightmare.
Preston HReplace the windshield wipers. It rained, and the ones on the 20' truck were extremely worn, making it difficult to see. Otherwise, everything was great.

Dwayne C1) Somehow my order got so messed up that my original order for a truck & auto carrier at one location got split into two separate orders at a different locations. The auto carrier apparently wasn't available anywhere nearby, so I wound up taking a truck & tow dolly at higher individual prices, even though they were picked up at the same (secondary) location. 2) I had never used a U-Haul tow dolly before so I asked the representative how to hook everything up properly and strap the car down. He said he didn't know how to; he just dropped the hitch onto the ball and said that's all he knew how to do. Then he left.
David CWe did have one problem. After I did the online rental of the truck I called to see about an appliance dolly. She said the truck didn’t have one. So we rented one somewhere else. I was at the store two days later and they had three of them sitting outside! Right now my husband had to drive over an hour from our new home just to return that dolly when it could have been rented and returned through uhaul!
James KYou have the strangest customer service infrastructure ever. I had to get shifted to three different departments just to changes my pick up time.

nicole hThe gas wasn't full when I picked it up. After I filled it up to what I picked it up at, the representative said that was fine and noted on the order that I wouldn't be charged extra for gas. After reviewing the receipt I was actually charged 97 dollars.
