The Pick-Up process was not a good experience for me. The pickup location was changed a few days before my reservation to a place I was unfamiliar with. I got to the location and was unaware that the facility was closed on the day of my pick-up (a Saturday). Turns out it was a mobile pick-up (because the facility was closed). I had no idea what to do. I eventually saw the sign to download the app and had issues going through the steps. My daughter came up to assist me and we were able to complete the process from her phone. Had another issue with the lockbox, but we were finally able to get it open. It took roughly 45 minutes from arrival to departure to get the truck. Very frustrating process that I didn't know I was going to have to deal with. If this should ever happen again, I'll now know what to do. :-(
