Check engine light was on upon arrival. Passenger window was open 1 inch and snow got in. Upon reservation booking, they didn’t put out of hours pickup so I drove to the original location but couldn’t pick up and had to drive to a different location. When I called in for service, the lady said she would give the $50 reservation guarantee but that has not been issued.

The trailer doesn’t have A Jack to hold it it was heavy and almost have a hand injury The location guy did no help me during the connection to my car in other locations where I rented before the people are more helpful I do not go back there Also U-Haul supposed to have trailers in good working condition
