Tanisha, the young woman who was at this location was both rude and incompetent. She wanted to argue about whether or not the amount of fuel in the vehicle was correct and clearly couldn’t understand fractions. We called the regional U-Haul supervisor, Eddie, sent him a picture and he gently instructed her that fuel levels were fine. She then began to count the number of furniture pads and miscounted them. She told me I would be charged for the missing pad. I said they were all there and that she had picked up two together. She then said in a rather nasty tone, “You just saw me count them”. I told here they were all there and she began to recount and throw the pads. Amazingly all 12 were there. She had a shitty attitude and was rude. I would not have her on my team. Your systems failed you on both technology and customer service. Overall a bad experience.

JOSE UCustomer service was great. Check in and check out process was great and quick. Truck was very dirty in cab. Cigarette left in console, trash on floor, liquid spilled in console (probably using as ashtray for cigarette), no air conditioning. Additionally, I had to add fuel to truck before loading. Because the customer service was great, I will use this location again. I can get past the dirty truck cab.

MOHAMMAD NInternet trouble prevented me from renting at my scheduled time. The equipment (dolly) i requested was not in truck, which meant I had to go to a different location to pick up adding extra miles to my trip.
