I reserved an appliance dolly and it was not available because they did not have any, not sure if that location never had them or they just had a few and they were out. Was told that the location would be staffed until 6pm and when I returned the truck at 5pm the store was locked up and I had to do the self check in (in the rain!)

Your Manager is super legit and caring! She takes care of her customers and we will recommend this location every time because of how kind she was to me having to move across town yesterday and then having a family member have an emergency that wound us up in the ER last night. we were going to miss the drop off time because the truck was still half full and I was super stressed! She told us not to worry about it and I said we were working on unloading the truck but just behind. She was so kind and chill when we did show up three hours later with the truck and I appreciate her so very much! If we ever need a truck again we will for sure be back to Devon Uhaul!

The onsite manager Taryn was there and she was very pleasant and you could tell she knew what she was doing. Taryn was very helpful and speedy. I also talked with Josh a couple of times on the phone and he was a good listener and very polite and helpful. Good employees.

I did ask to not have the insurance, but it was placed on my bill anyway and not caught till after the rental was executed. I was told I could call the 800 number and have it removed, but just a bit of a pain. Otherwise the rep I dealt with was great!

After the girl at altemer location was rude because we came at noon and ruins her lunch. this camp Bowie location is where I will Always go . Clean and the nice young man was so helpful and kind. I'll definitely be back for my moving needs.

There was no one on property. A note one the door saying someone would return on an hour. I was afraid to leave the truck. But all my help and driver's had to leave.

My boyfriend and I were told we could drop the rental back off at the same location and that it wouldn't be a problem. They told us where to put the key and park the car if we dropped it off after hours. My boyfriend and I dropped the vehicle off on the same day around 6 pm and we even have pictures with time stamps to prove it. Well for the last two days I've received calls from U-Haul saying that the vehicle was never returned and that the location hasn't updated that it was turned in. The location was closed Sunday so they couldn't update the system so now I'm being charged an extra day even though it was turned in a day before it was due. It doesn't help that I keep getting idiots calling me asking the same questions that the last person asked leaving me to explain myself again when they could easily put a note on my account explaining the situation, but if they did that, they couldn't overcharge me by $70. I was hoping the U-Haul would of made my move easier, but nope, they've just made it more difficult. I will not be using nor recommending this company to anyone.

This location was very helpful taking care of a mistake that the pick-up location had made. They were able to fix the problem and were very helpful and courteous throughout the process.

Brand new facility! Very clean office with free K-cup coffee, and friendly staff! No to little wait time at this location. They also have air conditioned storage space for rent. If you are in a hurry, this is the location to go to.
