I have a few complaints one complaint is after the vehicle is on the premises I should not be liable for having to park the vehicle or even take pictures. Pictures should already be taken of the vehicle prior to renting and the employee should be the one to park the vehicle so the customer is not liable for any damage caused due to parking. I come to the establishment to rent a vehicle for what I want to use the vehicle for and that is all, parking the vehicle should be the employee's job. I ended up parking the vehicle next to the other U-Haul and didn't know I was supposed to take a picture of the entire passenger side so I just took a picture of the other vehicles passenger side because it should not be my job anyways. When I went in to download the app I typed in U-Haul on PlayStation store and the app said my phone wasn't available to use then when I eventually went on I eventually downloaded the app from the website and it gave me the correct app but the guy behind the counter said he wasn't able to help me and I had to call my ride and I wasn't able to rent you off for that day so I had to pay for another ride but that's all right it's fine but I just wanted someone to help me and I was told that he wasn't able to help me at all and maybe someone can devise a way for if someone's not able to use the phone properly the guy behind the counter can do the entire job cuz my phone is a fox free government phone it doesn't have capabilities of a regular normal phone my phone has disabilities and is a seeking help at the moment. Minor complaints but overall a decent experience

The 10ft box i used was bad the driver door didn't close unless you slam it. The box truck was on E when I got it. I filled it up for the next person. The process was cool I like how you do it yourself and the key is locked away with a lock. The lock came in handy. The truck was clean just damaged and I heard a noise on the passenger side while I was driving. Tm2531s was the truck i used.

Lisa WThere was one very rude staff who was unwilling to allow us to come to our appointment earlier unless we call the U-Haul customer service, the person who we then met in person also was condescending with her tone when talking to me in person and rudely had someone else come talk to me (he was much more understanding and willing to help us) instead when I accidentally said the word sir when trying to clarify something with her. Very rude and unprofessional, I do not want to come here again for any U-Haul services.
