Good people in and out in a timely manner
KURT SThe contact person was not onsite to communicate with regarding the reservation and the person who was onsite didn’t seem to know what to do. It was a lot of back and forth phone calls to get the information relayed from me (the customer) and the onsite person to get the keys, which all took a significant amount of time. There wasn’t much guidance provided on how to go about getting the truck, who to talk to, and it was an instant regret I chose this location. Then I didn’t feel like I could cancel and go to an actual U-Haul location in fear of being charged a fee. Just all around seemed unprofessional and made me feel very uneasy. Will never make that mistake again!
Kristen RI returned equipment and the person there didn't tell me to go online and check it in nor did he check my equipment in. I was also charged for the insurance when I told the guy I didn't need it as my car insurance covered it. I'm very disappointed in this location and we should have been notified that there were not always English speaking people to help you. They called someone who spoke English and he told me to just parked the trailer back where I got it and then it didn't get checked in and received a text saying it was late.

JOSE MThe truck was dirty both inside and out! It had a strong foul order. The person that I checked the truck out with wasn't present when I returned within my time frame. Therefore I feel resulted in some overcharges!

James TThis was a used car lot. The owner parked cars for sale around the truck that made it impossible to move the truck safely. We did a mobile pickup but was unable to leave the lot because of the used cars surrounding the U-Haul truck. There was no one at the car lot and none of the phone numbers worked. We finally got a hold of the owner. When I explained the problem, he hung up on me. Then he preceded to send me bullying type texts about how I was being ridiculous about not being able to move the truck. The car lot's teenage son finally showed up after an hour and moved the cars so we could leave.
KIMBERLY FThey did everything over phone and took longer than usual and added extra insurance to bill that was declined online. Not happy with this transaction
