BRITTANY SGreat customer service. The original pick up location in Newberry,SC, the owner with Main Street Framing is who I made the reservation with and when we got there he said he hasn’t done U-Haul for a month. But his advertising is still on the web.

CHARLES RThe costs of the rental on my invoice was 61.00 dollars and they debited my account 212.00 dollars I put gas back in truck I have pictures. I went back to ask why I was double changed no reasonable explanation. I went 11 miles. Is this how U Haul run there operations over changing customers ? They gave me a customer service number and I got no were with that my finance comes once a month and this is a really big deal for me. And this has been a week with no resolution
DEBORAH RI would only use this place if there was nothing else. The employee was nice but the location was not very clean and the rental was very dirty inside the cab and the people who rented before us left food inside the storage box.
Brian AThe app didn't work to pick up my truck at the first location so I was relocated. I was quote $.79 cent a mile and was charge $.85 cent a mile... I drove 40 miles and was charged for 50.. The truck was dirty, but luckily I was only hauling 2 appliances so it wasn't a problem for me.
Karley CThe uhaul leaked and my mahogany bed, a mahogany chest, two queen size mattress’, a custom duvet and pillow, an upholstered chair, and an antique quilt all got wet from the truck roof. I know it was the roof because the truck was covered while it was loaded and it was not raining when we reached our destination. The people at the rental place were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to help me register online and rent the truck. It was not the uhaul rental locations fault that the roof leaked they had only just started renting uhaul and people return uhaul from all over. Things always happen beyond our control.
