$220 for less than 15 miles and 2 days is absurd

JAMES IIt was an after hours drop off, the exterior is not very inviting. Can’t tell you about the interior. Also cannot speak on the personnel as I didn’t speak to anyone,. I didn’t like that they charged me a $50 cleanup when there was just a few crumbs in the cabin. I would think that incidental and they were cleaning anyway it certainly wasn’t excessive and the back was swapped out. Not to mention $50 for 10 minutes work. It’s a little ridiculous. Especially after paying well over $2000 to rent the truck for a week
joseph mThe location was closed that day and the only notice was a handwritten sign on the door. The location is also at an inconvenient intersection and made it difficult to get in and out of.
Matthew MThe person who we did drop off with was very rude and condescending acting as though we were at the wrong place without even taking a look at our paper work, which in fact showed we were at the correct drop off location. We will NEVER use this location or recommend to anyone!

lluvia hMade a reservation for a 26’ truck. Went to pick it up and there was no truck. The location representative sent us to the main location in Panama City because they had a truck. We showed up, no truck available. We were then sent to a third location and final got the truck we reserved and was able to take it after 2 hours after our scheduled reserved time.

David WWould have preferred to pick up at your 1000 15th St. It was on a very busy corner intersection and if it had been raining or muddy would have been even harder to manuever thru little lot to street. Jim (I think) did hook up trailer to our trucks hitch and checked us out expediently

Michael CAbout 30 minutes after we picked up the trailer, we realized the right blinker and brake light was not working. We called to let them know, and they asked us if we wanted to return it, but we declined. Excellent customer service support in the phone and during the pickup.
RONALD MHave the option of furniture blankets and appliance dolly available with the truck -- break the seal and the cost is added to the bill.
