Terrible customer service. The lady at the desk was not computer literate. She could not work the uhaul dealer application. I was at the office for over 1 hour 15 mins. Total sham. Horrendous.

Kenneth CBetter signage in the front of the building that would help customers identify the location. Since it's not a traditional Uhaul facility, I drove past, missing the turn into the parking lot and had to turn back around which made me very nervous.
Dominique EMy truck did not have the equipment I requested, and they were very slow in getting me my key when I arrived.
NICHOLAS BOffice was difficult to find. No street signage. Building with several offices.

Nicholas ACS was prompt and courteous. Because rental location is in with other businesses we drove by w/o seeing it, front signage would be helpful.

CHANDRA HNo one asked what type of move we needed. They just assumed it was local, so had to call to edit the reservation. The cabin had items from the previous renters behind the drivers seat, so I felt that it hadn’t been cleaned. Also, the drop off location for my one way move was 5 hours away from my destination, a contact error that I was later charged for.

john rTruck I was supposed to pick up was at a different location, was sent here which was 40 mins away. And, the locker on the truck was difficult to manipulate the code and after that the code was not working. Then I was given three different codes, none of them worked. Then finally they allowed me to take another truck next to it. This whole process including going to a different pick up location took almost three hours!
