I could have returned it earlier I'd I was able to pick it up upon arrival and wouldn't have to wait for assistance over the phone. I also was charged 3 times for my rental. KARENWENDY DELGADOThe truck size I ordered was not there. The gas was extremely low when I first turned on the car. The customer service person on the phone was very helpful but it was still not a good experience.

Kenny WilliamsDouble check the equipment to make sure the items ordered are inside the vehicle. The hand truck I requested was not there and I mentioned it. My first time using this system of rental and it was interesting and easy to use since the facility was closed on Sunday.

Theresa GlasgowThe location advertised the opening open for 9am. I made a reservation for a 9am pickup. I had to wait 1 hr and 15min for the location to open. My reservation was for 9am to 5pm, a total of 8hrs. I didn't receive the unit until 10:20 am return it at 6:15pm , and yet still I was charged an after hour fee of $20 because the location at 5pm. Had I been given the unit on-time it would have been returned on-time .

Thieanna EstremeraPlease note that my initial location Mike Towing at 245 Linden Blvd Elmont does not exist that location does not have trucks when I showed up at the location it was closed when I called they referred me to another location which did not have truck either I did not get a truck till 11am this delay caused me to lose my first delivery of $70.

Ryan SandyI return my uhaul Feb 26 and you guys are just closing out my ticket. The place didn’t have a lot, they told me to drop it on the street. At which point anyone could hook up to it and take it and then it’s my issue. Nobody came out of the store to make sure I dropped it there was no receipt issued. Manager wasn’t on site. I had to drive around for 10 minutes to look for a valid spot. Then I had to drop the trailer and pick it up by hand to put it into a legal spot. after I called U-Haul two days in a row to confirm that they got my drop off. 11 days later you guys are getting back to me saying you got my drop off.

Sasha loweWhen I arrived I waited a long time in the store for someone to help. Then the store worker kept “getting kicked off” so he had to restart the process a few times on his phone. I ended up missing my time frame for my storage. On top of that, he added 2 different insurances onto the rental without my permission. When I asked about the price he didn’t mention he added the insurance. When I called uhaul to extend another day (because the delay caused me to be late for my storage that was closing) the woman informed me that I also had to pay for the insurance (that I did not ask for & did not know about) for another day. Horrible experience & stressful.
Ramel JosephThe truck was pretty much well maintained. The only exception is that black material that’s on the inside of the truck that goes around the window on the driver side randomly came off.
