MARTIN SIt was frustrating because I had already done everything online, and yet it still took 30 minutes while he tried to upsell me everything I'd already declined in the online order, including more insurance. The truck was running rough- needs a tune-up. There were political materials in the office that made me uneasy.
PAUL PDropped off at 5 pm same day Friday and was charged a 21 for a drop off fee I don’t agree with it. Reg bus hours only till 4. Unfortunately when getting my truck was an hour behind because truck was full of junk. And no one said I would be charged because I came after hours.
Shawn WEven though this location was shown to be open 24 hours, it was unmanned and I had to just drop off the equipment myself

MARK SI left two messages for the owner of the business: one when I arrived in Yuba City per instructions on my contract, and the other when I could not get the app to work on my phone to upload photos and the mileage. It would have been great to have someone follow up yesterday to acknowledge my messages. I stated above that the personnel was not helpful, it was because I did not have any contact with personnel.
MARTHA STruck was left dirty inside cab ,truck was delivered later than told by Uhaul .We were concerned about a noise that didn't get addressed.The Truck did make it 2200 miles without any break down.

Rick LDrop off went smoothly at this location. Customer service was nice and supportive. Easy drop off. Park and drop key at the box was a plus. Everything went as expected and no hassle.
Cyrus SAfter hours checkout was exhausting. It took more than an hour to complete, requiring at least 24pictures to submit. And i had purchased complete insurance coverage . Not a very secure location to be hanging around getting error msgs... I thought the purpose of payng for insurance was to guard against "damages". (that I had just spent an hour trying to prove there was no damage, Futile) Time wasting efforts.
Pamela FCheck engine light was on the entire time I had the truck along with the tire sensor light. The windshield was filthy and I couldn't see out of it
steven bThe pickup and drop off was fine. Uhaul charged me over 850.00 for 5 days. Charged 20.00 per day for a dolly that I could not return until I returned the truck.
Henry CLack of cellular coverage at location made the online return cumbersome but achievable by driving up and down the street to get a cell signal to upload pictures. Location is in a dilapidated area.
