Location could not find keys to the unit for twenty minutes and was messy and disorganized. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and nice to deal with. Truck had mileage that was more than uhaul had on file and I had to pay for it because I left before I took a picture of the mileage. Truck had arbys pop cup inside. The storage bay had not been swept so I had to ensure I did it before i returned it so as not to incur extra charge. Truck was mechanically fine and did the job I rented it for quite well. The location in town is close and accessible but after I was dropped off to get the vehicle it took over an hour to do the transaction, find the keys and be driven across town to the actual location of the trucks. Again, I stress the lady who helped me was doing her best and was pleasant and helpful but the site was a mess and disorganized.

my first suggestion is to have a closer relationship with the 'outlet' owners and rank them on their availability and service experience. I know this would be a difficult and expensive task but UHauls reputation lays with those who are facing the customer. If that experience is not a positive one, UHaul as a company, loses out.

Trailer was old and in rough shape. It had garbage and used moving supplies in it. It was missing D hooks in one corner and I could not secure my cargo as I desired.

You charged me fuel when I give it back with more fuel then when I got it I will be declining with with my credit card company.

There were some challenges with the online system since I did some of the check-in through the U-Haul app. Additionally, I had to drive to a separate location to pick up the vehicle and that was a little inconvenient for me and my travel party.

The vehicle was not ready for ride sharing. I struggle to look up for the keys which were not in the vehicle as indicated in the app. I could not contact the owner. I came back when they opened at 9:00 am. Original booking was at 5:00 am. They owner said he had called the police on me. They never apologized for the delay and said I was wrong.

The only reason i wouldn't recommend this place is that its closed on the weekend and took 3 days to get my bill in the end. I was told that my bill would be ready that same day

We dropped off after hours. We didn't know where to drop the trailer. Parking lot was full of other vehicles as this is a detailing/ car repair place. There were no tire chucks to stop the trailer from rolling it the only empty space was a bit of a hill. I had to search for something to use under the tires. This place needs To clearly mark spots for haul vehicles. Worst experience with Uhaul yet.

The service at pick up and drop off was very helpful. The location is convenient, but not attractive. But you're not spending much time there, everything was completed in a timely manner.

Trying to rent a truck for 2 days or longer for local use, online, is a real pain, as your web site only allows for 24 hours. I was running a local festival, and was let down by the Brewery who usually supply a truck for 3 days, to store the beer. I tried several different sizes of truck to see if I could one, for at least a couple of days. I ended up phoning around about midnight and ended up talking to your very helpful agent in Arizona. All worked out in the end, but I did have to go to the next town to get one. Allowing for more than 24 hours would make things so much easier

The location was very dirty and although the girl working was polite and tried her best, she ended up giving the keys to the vehicle I was supposed to receive to the gentleman before me and then couldn't get ahold of him to cone back. She gave me the keys to the vehicle he was supposed to get and marked my file accordingly, so I hope that I do not have any issues now because of her error. Other than that, we did not have any troubles with the vehicle itself or dripping it off at the drop off location.

The staff was great, they need to update the way they access the reservations online. They had no idea I was coming and after I used the Express Check in, I still waited 30 min to pick up a trailer as they had to call on phone to get it sorted. Lastly after paying with credit card at Express Check in, I still had to pay more!! They charged an additional $20 on my card.

used your 24/7 truck share. When i got to location the app told me equipment was not available althought the van was sitting there. Gave me a name and number to call - no answer. Went into Diamond Detailing who pulled up the order and were very nice in assisting me.

Maybe let your locations know that a 5000lb hitch can tow a 1500lb car. Apparently the math is too difficult.

The only down fall would be limited space on their lot. Other than that, the staff was AMAZING when dealing with the system being down and not being able to process my rental right away. They made the best of a bad situation. If it wasn't for their customer service, I would have went elsewhere.

Have truck cleaned off and not parked in a snow bank. No wiper fluid and back door of truck was frozen shut. Had to take to a car wash and get it unfrozen so we could open it. Overall not impressed . Should receive some sort of discount for the inconvenience
