It was an absolutely terrible experience. The location was supposed to be open, we selected an in person pick up. So we had to use mobile pick up. It took 45 minutes to get into the lockbox that had the key in it. Most of that time period was spent on hold waiting to get in touch with someone from customer service. Once we had the key I went to check the uhaul and the furniture blankets were not int the back of it. When I went to crank it it said there was no gas in it. When I called uhaul they offered the same equipment at a different location. At this point it was already an hour past the pick up time and my partner had went back to our moving location to meet the movers so I had no way to leave. I had to get someone to buy a gas can and bring me gas. When we went to crank the uhaul the battery was dead. Luckily the people who brought me gas had jumper cables. It was absolutely the worst experience. And then I was charged for furniture blankets and gas on the final invoice. Really I should only have to pay for mileage. The uhaul was left with more gas and was returned a few hours before it was due. If I could put zero stars then I would.

There should be wifi since accessing the u-haul app to check out and return the truck. It is an unmanned location. As it is now, it takes a very long time to upload the required photos.
