MICHAEL RI was charged for 3 days upfront even though I need it for a day. The lady told me I would be reimbursed once I turned the truck in at other site. Once I arrived to turn in. I was told other wise and they would not refund my money. Even charged 2 extra days of both insurance and safe move, plus environmental. I was over charged around $300. Bad business lying to customers

Jared ZI reserved my reservation for elsewhere to find out upon trying to pick it up that it wasn’t available. Once I spoke to a representative, I was told I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up an alternative. Never again
John EMake sure you take a picture of the fuel tank reading as they no longer keep them at full. You only need to fill to level it started with. Problem with this is that your return fill up may be interrupted differently and they will charge you for additional fuel!! NO RESPONSE FROM UHAUL ON RECTIFYING OUR ISSUE!! We got charged for 2 gallons of fuel, when we filled tank to same level that we started with.

Oscar AI'm going to have to say the floor in the back was so wet that some of my stuff got wet because it was not dry absorb the boxes the bottom of the boxes were saturated so had to put in dry boxes.

Destinea RThis experience was a complete joke. Not only did my reservation get changed last minute 3 separate times to locations that were completely out of the way, even though when I booked my reservation it always said there would be a truck available. How can I reserve a truck when there is no truck to reserve?? Not only that but I didn’t get any compensation or alternative. Unfortunately I have to use this garbage service because you have a monopoly that makes any other “competitor” completely useless. Finally when I eventually got my truck the dolly and furniture pads I ordered weren’t even in the truck!! This was a completely infuriating and horrible experience. Moving is stressful enough without you making it 10x worse. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure nobody I know ever uses your services again.
