When we got there, they were closed, so we weren't able to see anybody, though I do have to admit I found it very odd to leave a truck without personnel there and to do self check-in. This was not the place I requested, but it was assigned to me the place I requested must've been full. I have to admit I was uncomfortable leaving the truck with the back and unlocked. I did all the steps and took the pictures so I'm sure I'm OK. But I thought that was very odd. That's why I would not recommend this to somebody else. It's nicer to drop off whether there's a person.

Never got any of the items I wanted to rent. No utility dolly, no furniture dolly, not even the 3 dozen protection pads and now all my furniture is all scratched up so thanks for that. Really hope I get refunded for the rental equipment I didn’t get to help my move.
