I think if this location had some sort of UHaul sign off the main road they could possibly rtaim more customer/ clients this facility doesn't stand out and it should because they definitely invest all the avenues of respect, courteous and definitely being very helpful. NATHAN WEngine cowling was not fastened on the passenger side and allowed more engine noise than usual. I did not notice the fastener until I was cleaning out the truck at drop off. I notified the drop off location and they took care of it.
Dennis WI couldn’t pull out the loading ramp due to a piece of metal underneath the ramp had practically come apart and was stopping the ramp from coming out. I had to crawl under the truck and push the metal piece up while my son pulled the ramp out each time we used it.

The owner’s customer service attitude isn’t seen much this day! The overall appearance on of the business is clean, and the location is great if you live in the Meridiana community!

Ademola AYour location charged me for two days that had been arranged previously at the pickup location. After being transferred five (5) times - Britney helped refund the charge. Carlos - at U-Haul Truck Share was unprofessional and seemed molested I was asking for attention to the erroneous charge.

Keldrick WThis rating is for the overall uhaul experience. Here are the following issues: the price is to high. The pick up was not smooth or easy. The app failed and is still failing. The receipt I was emailed is unreadable on a mobile phone. Truck shook when brakes applied.
