Wally BVery disappointed with u haul sending me to this location! I had mapped out my original drop off location and I was contacted about the change in the afternoon of the move. It was a late drop off and this location was on a dirt road, dimly lit and downright scary. I was extremely upset and nervous which was inappropriate for a simple drop off. This should not EVER be a night drop off location. I can’t say enough about how scary this was. Accident waiting to happen on this road.

James CUnethical business practices at U-Haul. Charging me gas charges - when I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up. Luckily I’ve taken pictures and will dispute additional charges.
