Easy pick up. Was not taken to do a walk around of the truck, did that on my own to ensure that everything was good.

My appointment was for 6am. When I arrived at 6a the pick up place was locked and the gates were secured with master locks. I call a uhaul 24/7 number i was advised by the representative that the pick up location wasnt equiped with the lock that you can open to get your equipment after hours and I needed to wait until 10a for the location to open also I was told that no trucks were available within a 30 miles radius. When I returned at 10a the person in charge of the uhaul trucks was not available because he was in a doctors appointment and i needed to wait until 11:30a for him get back. When i finally got the truck I notice that the “dolly” that I requested/needed wasnt available either. Overall a really awful experience.

Great service and clean, well maintained truck. Keep up the good work. Your trucks are so much easier to drive, some rental trucks are hard to handle but yours are smooth and easy. Thanks.

I didn't check inside the trailer, until later and there was a cardboard box with some broken pots. Always check the equipment before removing it from that location
