I was originally scheduled to pick up the auto transport at U-Haul Moving & Storage at Broad River Rd 1003 Zimalcrest Dr Columbia, SC 29210. I was told when I walked in "we can not rent to you". I asked the clerk to verify, can not rent to me, or can not rent to anyone at this time. He again stated, he can not rent to me. I didn't understand as I had prepaid on line and had a valid reservation number. I asked if there was another u-haul in the area that could be of assistance and he told me to use my phone and look. Needless to say I left the building because I did not have time to deal with an idiot of this magnitude. I drove over thirty minutes back in the direction I came from and was able to rent a unit with no issues what so ever.
DONNIE WMy drop off location was changed without my knowledge. Dill's Used Cars were great in getting it straightened out for me!
