They took wonderful care of my daughter and hooked the trailer up for her. We had to drive 2 hours to get the trailer unexpectedly but that was not the fault of anyone in Roundup.

KEITH WParking lot was a mud pit! You'd get stuck in a box truck if you weren't paying attention. It's pretty much pull into a empty lot with no one around and put your keys in the box. I'd rather talk to someone about the equipment and let them know if you has issues or if it was a good truck.

Byron DThe location is a used car dealer. After arriving, you will need to get back in your vehicle and follow the owners to an empty city lot where the uhaul trailers are stored. The lot is dirt and the trailers sink in the mud so the tires are in depressions and the trailers are very difficult to hook up. Terrible experience, do not rent from this location.

Nathan CClosed on a Monday. On the return day it showed my return was at 1000 in billings mt on Broadwater Avenue. I chose to start driving to the original location of roundup mt. then on my way to roundup I get a call and I mentioned that I was still on the road. The lady said she would push my turn in to 1130 and I told her I won't make it and that I would have already been there but we got stuck on a flat later of ice. She even acknowledged. Then I went to the address on maps and it took me to the wrong location. I talked with UHAUL for probably 10 minutes. Then my wife put eventually put in the name of the business and took us to a different address which was correct. I did the turn in Over the phone and was charged for extra days because of being roughly an hour late. Even though the turn in information was not even correct on the website. Uhaul has been terrible. Will never recommend or use again. For a company that is logistically ran. The employees I dealt with are terrible.

ROUNDUP always professional, helpful and courteous Treat a 20 plus year Military Veteran Customer like they are valued and respected and not like you are processing a 2 week old bruised banana at a hated grocery store... I provide feedback, I communicate, update and ensure information and payment is available to UHAUL and you leave me STRANDED in an unsafe location, no means to sleep, having to call the police department... no where to charge my phone, not taxis, not means to find a hotel- not able to charge phone... arrived by train... train station locked and no charging stations on the EXTERIOR... so thanks for royally screwing over my logistical planning, causing me to have to drive through horrible weather, miss more work than I had planned, NO VACATION or SICK DAYS... a royal FUBAR situation.

CHRISTOPH SI returned the Trailer one day early and was unable to get a credit for the difference of the early return on the trailer. The inability to credit is likely at the Corporate level not the local level

kelly nMaybe have a sign posted outside the gate to let people know where to park the vehicles when the shop gates are closed or the shop is closed. But other than that y’all were very helpful when we called!!

Emma MUhaul as an organization could keep to its reservations. I had to fly to round up from Sidney in order to keep my schedule.
Mars HGive the employee a raise, he was awesome!!! Even offered us water, etc. At the very least, tell him what a great impression he made on us. This was my first experience using Uhaul and I had heard some not great things, but I will for sure recommend the company to friends and definitely this location.

MARK SWe tried using the online uhaul return because we dropped the trailer after hours. After multiple tries, nearly 45 minutes on the phone, we finally had to give up. It pretty much seemed like uhual made the online return process difficult or impossible on purpose so that they could charge us the extra $20.
