Hi. Good afternoon, I am outraged and disagree with the fact that I was billed for 2 gallons of fuel, since I drove 11 miles, I refueled the car with 1 gallon of fuel. and I see in the receipt that they charged me for another 2 gallons. I have proof that I filled up the car with 1 gallon of fuel. it seems to me that this is enough to travel 11 miles.

Demornay RThey guy at Direct Auto was great. Polite, Professional. The person at the Mills Station tried to help but would not listen. He forced a one way charge when I wanted to return to pickup location. That quadrupled the charge. He denied being able to cancel and reschedule. He also stated that the card was only on hold and would not be charged until return. UHaul took my money immediately. After a lengthy phone call to the 800 number I was told (accurately) that the charge would be corrected upon return of the trailer. BUT... The money YOU took immediately cannot be return for 3 or 4 days!!!! Are you kidding me?? I was charged for a service not yet provided and my money has been withheld un-neccesarily and incompentently. That is a garbage policy that is completely disrespecful to you customers. This is the stuff that sparks class action law suits. I gave 3 stars because of the service at Direct Auto. The equipment was in great shape. UHaul deserves a 1 Start review. Poor customer service. Very frustrated.
