When we arrived at the location, the sign on the door said it was open, but the door was locked. Someone did answer when we knocked. Immediately upon entering, we were told that the moving blankets and the appliance dolly that we requested and paid for were not available. The employee did not have another location coordinated for us to pick up those items, so we never got them. The pickup place was a hot mess. The inside was under a remodel and there wasn't an area for us to sit. We had to do the check-in on the app, and the employee noted that cell service was very spotty there, we had 1 bar, and there wasn't wifi for us to connect to in order to complete the transition. After going outside on more than one occasion, we were able to get enough cell phone service to complete the check-in. The employee was nice, just wasn't the best experience I've had with the 20+ moves I've done over the years.
