Customer service was all over the placr and felt like I was taking care by rushing just because the have the shop and uhual location in the same location. Was not even instructed how to return equipment, even called to extend my reservation and was in hold for 1 minute to be told that “I will call you back im with a customer right now give me 20 min” like I am not a customer smh. Then waited 30 minute had to call them back to be told “oh I was just about to call you”. The equipment was clean and perfect but customer service wise 0/10. Will never again go to this place or recommend to anyone else.

SANDRA WThe initial reservation was changed to a different location to pick up the truck. When I arrived the person working there asked if I had the code to the lock box. I did not. So I spent 30 minutes waiting to speak with someone with u-haul to get the code. Turns out the business was supposed to start the process and have me pay before THEY received the code to give me the keys. It’s like they had never done it before. Very frustrating as I then arrived late to load the truck. I arrived at 08:00 and an hour should have been way more than enough time to finish the pick up process. If a location is going to act on u-haul’s behalf they need to know the process.
