Wow I am actually sorry that I don't know the lady who helped me because she was amazing. She knew exactly what she was doing and was fast and efficient while also being informative and concise at the same time. Also we brought the truck back like 5 minutes before closing and they were right there to help. I was amazed because many places close early and/or don't want to help right before they leave but they were on it. 11/10 stars

The person I dealt with at this location was super nice and professional.
Chandra CPerhaps better training and maintenance. After arriving at our loading location we had to take the truck back because they said we were given the wrong truck. We had ordered a 10’ which we were given but when we took it back as requested they said they didnt have any 10’ trucks so we were given a 15’ which we really didnt want. Once we got on the road with this replacement truck noticed that the ride was much less than smooth on the interstate. When we turned the truck in post inspection revealed a totally bald front tire. Consider ourselves lucky not to have experienced a blowout with this at highway speeds.

darrell gthe vehicle was the worst truck i ever had. the truck started with having the tow locked every time you start. The truck made a lot of noise. sounded like a catalytic converter. The inside was filled with a clear lubricant. I didnt know it until i fell twice. I also had to clean it like five times and still kept slipping. No way to adjust the mirrors from inside the cabin. I wound up slipping down the ramp as well while unloading a washing machine.

GREG KThe cleaner should be more thorough on car maintenance. Personal belongings and open ranch in the dashboard. Open bags of used things in the trunk of the cargo van. Receptionist and all around customer service was great. Cargo van drove great and got the job done exceptionally well. Cleaner just need to do a better job!
Keith CI usually have a great experience with my rentals from this location. My last rental was on Tuesday, January 4. During the day the van was fine, but as soon as the sun set around 6 PM havoc broke loose. The van is infested with roaches. I was driving and something was crawling on me, I turned on the light and to my surprise roaches were everywhere. Big ones small ones everywhere. I was horrified, this was The worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I rent from this company very often and I remember a few months ago they had to bomb the van because of roaches. They never rented the van to me until now. I should’ve known when I got in the vehicle because it had a weird odor. All I had was Lysol spray with me so I started spraying the roaches with the Lysol spray. I got out of the vehicle and when I came back the roaches were back again. I fear that all of my belongings are now infested with roaches. This van should be removed from the option to rent. It’s disgusting, and I could have wrecked! Uhaul needs to remove this van!
