Signage to get to the drop off area could be clearer. I had to drive deep into a vehicle repair/scrap yard. There were no personnel available to help. It was also difficult to find a spot to park that wouldn’t block a garage door. Doable for an unassisted vehicle drop off, but not the most intuitive, and I wouldn’t recommend trying it in the dark.
