Took us close to 4 hours to get a truck and was sent to 3 different locations. The system and process used is horrible. No one takes responsibility and we wasted 4 hours on locking up a truck that was reserved and paid for. Just horrible!

The location itself was covered in trash. Someone parked another uhaul directly in front of the one we rented and we had to maneuver to get out. The 2 Dollys I ordered were not in the truck and all locations near were closed so we had to do without them.
