This is a remote location and we just did a drop off, did not encounter any staff but glad to have something local.

Cargo area was disgusting, had to clean before use, beer can in cab
Felipe CIt was confusing bc it was in the middle of nowhere and the only Uhaul on the lot of wrecked vehicles Also my original pickup was Ames, Iowa that I had reserved 4 weeks ahead of time. Then I was sent to West Des Moines, 45 minutes from my house only to find there was no equipment available. Then eventually I was sent 90 miles one way to pick up the truck.. your customer service department was absolutely no help, and the only saving grace you had was at your Ames location, Brian saved the day in a very stressful time for me. Will not recommend or return to Uhaul 😪
