Gas attendant called uhaul representative on his cell phone . I Used his phone to speak to uhaul representative. Gas was at 3/4 tank . Representative said it was at 7/8s. Very unprofessional not being on site.

I reserved a 10 ft truck upon arriving to get the truck the lock wouldn’t open causing me to be late to pick up my stuff the. With lost time I forced to get the 15 ft truck because the keys for the 10 ft truck couldn’t be retrieved even after putting in the GASS PASS WORD . Now Ive been charge more money because of time they wasted
RAHEIM FAddress given initially by your phone rep was wrong. The ability to pick up the truck at 7am was absolutely wrong. The guy wasn't even there. We had to speak with the gas station attendant who had no clue. It took us 90 minutes to get this accomplished, JUST HORRIBLE for the price we paid of $599.00. I hope and trust you can credit us for some portion of this move/rental. Gas station attendant finally gave us the keys to the truck after 90 minutes of calls and pointed to the many trucks in the lot. He had no idea which truck we were renting. We had to use the key to find the right truck. The one that the key worked had marketing signs all over it so we had to remove them TERRIBLE> Jonathan Parker 973-714-0342
