Clear all food from the truck.
Wendy CThe van bed was pretty dirty and needs a good scrub. My mattress cover was filthy. All in all the almost new truck was clean in front and ran smoothly. Full of gas at the start and hardly user any gas at all.

Robert KThe specific van that I rented was great, because it is still brand new, it has 867km when I rented it. Driving experience was great, I didnt see any problems. Customer service was great, she is fast and knowledgable regarding my inquiry. Theres one thing I want to point out. Hoping see the van clean, specially windshield, both side mirrors and back window, hoping to get it clean inside and out, to see clearly during sunset, this is to prevent future accident to everyone. Also, looking for atleast one more unit just in case more people wants to rent in this location. Overall, everything is great!

Pamela BThe owner really needs to take the time to train their staff on how to use the services they intend to provide. It took me over 1hr to rent a cargo van at 8am, which I reserved and checked in online. Also, I was asked to provide information for someone they can call to verify that they know me, it was very odd, as if my driver’s license and credit card was not sufficient enough?? From one business owner to another. Do better, train your staff or do it yourself!

Joshua FI was this locations first customer. Although the process took a few minutes longer than usual, it was to be expected. They were thorough and very personable, making sure everything was completed properly. I rather enjoyed the conversation and pleasant genuine customer service.
