Courtney MIt took the employee MANY tries to get my driver's license entered into the UHaul system. Wasted at least 20 minutes of my time. WORSE - the employee told me I was REQUIRED to take the additional insurance coverage (and pay for it). My husband had already SHOWN me exactly what the options would be, and he had instructed me on which coverage to purchase. The employee told me I had no option, and that it was MANDATORY that I had to purchase the most expense optional coverage. I told them my husband had forewarned me about that, and that I'd just have him address and resolve the issue. NOTE: We have a unique insurance company ("PURE"), and as such, we have coverage(s) State Farm, Farm Bureau, and the similar do not have or offer.
SARAH PCost was more than explained. We were told that we paid one price, then got charged totally different after. Definitely wouldn’t rent from U-Haul for a while until you guys are more specific on price.

Mary FI was supposed to pick up my trailer on January 1 at Planet Liquor because the U-Haul site said they were the only one open that day. On Saturday 12/30 I was told that there was no trailer there and the pick up would be at a new location. I told the lady on the phone that location was showing closed when a booked a month earlier but she assured me it wasn’t. Of course I arrive Monday morning to a closed business and the only thing U-Haul could do for me was reschedule for the next day, or drive 45 minutes to another location that showed open just like the closed one I was sitting in front of. So I had to push my job start back a day which cost me $400 in salary but I didn’t get the feeling U-Haul cared one bit about that. It’s not the Dixie Self Staorage or Planet Liquors fault, this was all U-Haul corporate planning. So my trailer cost me $690. $290 to U-Haul and $400 in lost wages
