i didnt like that i had to speak to the "clerk" through someone elses personal phone. i didnt like the expectation that i perform my own hook-up with no guidance. i didnt like having to take pictures of the rig with my own phone and give access to my personal phone in order to upload those pictures into a portal.

Hate this company first and last time I use this crap of service. First the place where I reserved was closed and when I called you guys recommended to pay again for reservation at another place which is completely stupid shit! Plus then I reserved the second one and no dolly or tools I asked for and I was already half way to my destination I was not going to go back and be charged for the miles. Plus then I go back to return and a lot of shit about another 3rd charge and no explanation of the stupid methods and when I called spoke to lady which didn’t care and no sense of understanding how frustrating it is and what I went thru and all she said let me transfer you i can't help. Completely worst company ever and I have over 4 million reviews on google and I have posted on all social media to use other services than U-Haul! Completely worst company garbage of a company!
