Clearer instructions on what to do upon arrival. I spent over a half of an hour during normal business hours on the phone w someone going through the process of obtaining a code. No clear indication anywhere on sight of instructions or how to proceed.
Joseph WI have no issue with the location or the equipment itself. My issue is with the overall experience. I had nothing but issues with the UHaul app. I had a mistake on my reservation that I called UHaul about 3 times to get fixed. I was told it was fixed by all the representatives when it wasn't. Thankfully, I didn't have a need for the extra equipment so I wasn't charged for it. But everything was such a hassle. The only part of the process that was smooth was when I was using the actual truck. Setting up the reservation was a hassle, picking up was a hassle, customer service was a hassle and dropping off was a hassle. I do want to add that everyone with the exception of the very first representative that I called about my pick up location was very nice and very professional. But at this point I really hope the next time I need a moving truck will be a long, long time from now.
Macy Moil/replace the lock on the lockbox. Put down gravel or something in the parking lot so i don't have to walk thru puddles and mud. don't leave the truck at less than a quarter tank.
Louis HThe location was fine and the truck was clean. The problem was using the app. It took us an hour to try to use the app. It kept telling us that we didn't have internet service and would not let us put in the information it was requesting. After an hour we finally got it to work. We tried calling customer service, but was put on hold for 15 minutes, never did talk to them. Then when we were given the code for the lock, the lock wouldn't work!! Finally someone came and she got the lock to open. It was all very frustrating and on top of that it was in the 90's and very humid. So needless to say, we were not happy!!
