Went to hook up trailer and upon inspection of tires one tire had a nail in it and another tire was bald and cords were seen. Informed personnel and they did not have another trailer onsite so she called another UHaul that was down the street and luckily they had one for us. We were traveling from Alabama to California and about 3am a tire blew out in the middle of no where. Called the road side assistance through U-Haul and said someone would be there in about an hour, it took them about an hour and 15 minutes. They had the tire change in less than 10 minutes and we were on our way
