The driver side sun visor was taped to the ceiling and repeatedly fell as I drove. This is a significant safety hazard because it fell right in front of me and made seeing the road difficult. This truck should have never been rented in this condition.

We thought the tire was low on air so I filled it up after taking delivery. Later down the road realized it was leaking air. Turned a 6 hour drive into an 11 hour drive. Needed some hep, but the people were nice.

We are absolutely happy with the customer service here. Dawn called us when no one else did, she got our trucks (2) and our car hauler for us. She stayed in contact and made sure we were happy with everything. When we arrived to the location to pick up our equipment she had everything ready to go and went over the paperwork with us.
